These exquisite silver pumps with rhinestone buckles are the creation of "the Faberge of Footwear," Roger Vivier and were made for Saks Fifth Avenue, probably in the early '50s. A Parisian shoe designer of the highest order, Vivier worked with both Christian Dior and Yves St. Laurent, and his fabulous footwear was worn by Grace Kelly, Marlene Dietrich--even Queen Elizabeth II for her coronation in 1953.
